As seen in PAGE SIX, Royal Pains' Mark Feuerstein will emcee The American Cancer Society’s Inaugural Hamptons Summer Bash Festive in Flip Flops, co-chaired by Sherri Abruzzese and Gopa Dobson and presented by Discovery Communications and Horizon Media, Saturday, August 20th, at the Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club. Guests will don festive attire for a fun evening beginning with cocktails at 6:30pm, followed by dinner and dancing to live music by The Touch. Live and silent auctions.

WHY
Festive in Flip Flops is a way to recognize the American Cancer Society and support its critical programs and services on Long Island. For more than 50 years, the Society has been providing wonderful patient services to individuals. During the past year, the Society has assisted cancer patients with nearly 1,900 rides to and from their treatments. Camp Adventure on Shelter Island hosts 150 children in August each year. This fun-filled, sleep-away camp is for children with cancer and their siblings, ages 6-18. The Society has six active grants at two Long Island research facilities – Stony Brook University and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories. Proceeds from the event will help the American Cancer Society initiatives and services for the East End of Long Island.
