| It’s the most wonderful time of the year ... Sample Sale Season! We’ve got the list (and checked it twice!) of the best holiday sample sales and arguably the best sales of 2009. If you are looking for the perfect Holiday Party dress to really standout, look no further than the Alice + Olivia sample sale, where party dresses are $179. Or try the always glamorous and always sexy Catherine Malandrino sample sale. Looking for something more appropriate for a work party or holiday luncheon? Snatch a classic wrap dress at the Diane Von Furstenberg Sale. Or visit Prairie New York for an absolutely stunning holiday dress or lacey top ... I was just there and this season's dresses were only $60 and tops, $40!
And speaking of gifts, I would have to suggest popping into the Frette sample sale. There is nothing not to love about this most elegant, luxury brand. And with bed, bath, table, and home accessories 80% off retail, there is something for everyone. Sitting by the fire or taking a stroll in Central Park, you’ll want to stay warm in cashmere, lots and lots of cashmere. So go visit TSE Cashmere and Autumn Cashmere sample sales, plus stop by the Minnie Rose Sample Sale to grab one of their amazing oversized scarves and you’ll be all set for even the coldest day. But don’t forget to stop in the James Jeans sample sale to score a deal on some super cute skinny jeans, which will look great with boots and your new cashmere sweaters. And if you have a ring on your finger (or plan to by Christmas!), get yourself down to the Bergdorf Goodman Bridal Sample Sale for over 75% off on designers like Angel Sanchez, Carolina Herrera, Oscar de la Renta, and Kenneth Pool. Carolina Herrera is having her own sample sale too and there will be both bridal and women’s clothing. Or stop by the Vera Wang Sample Sale where prices are also reduced by 75% ... and don’t forget to bring your bridesmaids. Don’t worry if overdoing the eggnog and holiday cookies means you are not the “Sample Size” as Theory has tons of stock in all sizes.
