| Google “Mother’s Day” and there over 57 million results. It is probably the second most popular gift-giving day in the United States. Even if you don’t celebrate it, you have to admit that the second Sunday in May is one of the most beautiful days on the calendar. The soft warm air, flowers budding and blooming, birds chirping and warbling. It’s the sights and sounds of new beginnings. We asked some of the people and places that appear on NYSD Shopping Diary for tips on what to give, what to do, even what to wear.
